Warranty Information

Thank you for choosing Dorien products.

All Dorien products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use during the warranty period.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Dorien will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or part at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation.
• Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Damage caused by improper storage, handling, or use contrary to the product instructions.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
• Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
• Product model
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos of the product, if requested
